Filosofie

Artisanaal: De citroenen worden met de hand gesorteerd en geschild. Wij hanteren hetzelfde principe als bij de oogst, d.w.z. dat onze klanten de mogelijkheid hebben om bij elke productie/aankomst van het fruit te komen meehelpen.
Geen conserveringsmiddelen of andere kunstmatige kleurstoffen
Antiverspillingsbeleid/ streven naar nul afval:
- Onze drank is gemaakt met de schillen. Wij hergebruiken de “restjes” van onze citroenen om koekjes te maken in samenwerking met een Belgische ambachtelijke koekjesfabriek en om citroensap te maken.
- We zijn bezig met het opzetten van een statiegeldsysteem met de wijnhandelaren die onze producten verkopen. Dit mechanisme moet ons in staat stellen:
  - om hun activiteit te ondersteunen (we moedigen klanten aan om terug te komen naar hun winkel) en
  - om onze flessen te hergebruiken.

Philosophy

Artisanal: The lemons are sorted and peeled by hand. We apply the same principle as during the harvest, which means that our customers have the opportunity to come and help with every production / arrival of the fruit.
No preservatives or other artificial colorings
Anti-waste policy/ aim for zero waste:
- Our drink is made with the peels. We reuse the “leftovers” of our lemons to make cookies in collaboration with a Belgian artisan cookie factory and to make lemon juice.
- We are in the process of setting up a deposit system with the wine merchants who sell our products. This mechanism should allow us
  - : to support their activity (we encourage customers to come back to their stores) and
  - to reuse our bottles.

Philosophie

Artisanal:
- Les citrons sont triés et épluchés à la main. Nous appliquons le même principe que les vendanges c’est-à-dire que nos clients ont la possibilité de venir se joindre à nous à chaque production/arrivage de fruits.
Sans conservateurs ou autres colorants artificiels
Politique de non gaspillage/ Tendre vers le zéro déchets:
- Notre boisson est faite avec les zestes. On réutilise les “restes” de nos citrons pour créer des biscuits en collaboration avec une biscuiterie artisanale belge ainsi que pour faire du jus de citron.
- On est en train de mettre en place un système de consignes auprès des cavistes vendant nos produits. Ce mécanisme doit nous permettre de:
  - soutenir leur activité (on pousse les clients à revenir dans leur magasin)
  - et à réutiliser nos bouteilles.
