Philosophy
- Artisanal: The lemons are sorted and peeled by hand. We apply the same principle as during the harvest, which means that our customers have the opportunity to come and help with every production / arrival of the fruit.
- No preservatives or other artificial colorings
- Anti-waste policy/ aim for zero waste:
- Our drink is made with the peels. We reuse the “leftovers” of our lemons to make cookies in collaboration with a Belgian artisan cookie factory and to make lemon juice.
- We are in the process of setting up a deposit system with the wine merchants who sell our products. This mechanism should allow us
- : to support their activity (we encourage customers to come back to their stores) and
- to reuse our bottles.
